Introducing the A-DRY06 Adsorption Dryer (c.f.m. - 4) 


Using an alternating dual-column system, the A-DRY06 Adsorption Dryer (c.f.m. - 4) lowers the dew point to -40°C, separating water vapour from compressed air. The column system works by alternating pressure-swing cycles between two desiccant beds. This helps to ensure non-stop moisture separation without causing any downstream pressure drops.  
 
Despite its complex workings, the A-DRY06 Adsorption Dryer (c.f.m. - 4) is simple to use, with a user-friendly controller and LED display. Weighing just 10.5 kg, the dryer is extremely lightweight, making it perfectly portable for use in multiple settings. The A-DRY06 Adsorption Dryer (c.f.m. - 4) uses a heatless, pressure-swing adsorption method to regenerate its desiccant material. One tower filters and dries the incoming compressed air at high pressure, and a small portion of that dried air is then expanded and passed through the second tower.

Yes, coalescing pre-filtration is mandatory to protect the desiccant from liquid water, oil aerosols, and solid particles. A particulate air filter is also recommended to trap microscopic dust from entering your downstream equipment.
